Welcome to One Body Focus by Stephanie Smith, LMT (#28368)
Welcome to One Body Focus. My mission is to provide massage therapy with the highest level of client-focused care that is specifically tailored for your individual wellness goals.
My approach blends skilled relaxation and deep tissue bodywork techniques that optimize one-body connectedness, calm the nervous system, reduce pain and tension, enhance wellness, and create ease of movement so you can feel your best in the only body you live in.
Outside the studio, my favorite place to be is anywhere spending time with my energetic kiddos and cheering for them at all their sporting events. My family and I relocated to Oregon from the East Coast in 2018. We love calling Portland our home and exploring the beautiful wonders of this state. I find the greatest joy being outdoors rain or shine, cooking, reading, and traveling all over the world with my family. My reset button is anywhere on the coast. If there is sand in my pockets, it’s been a great day.
